Dinky-Di Sheds assisted the customer with a full turn-key shed package pathway, including shed kit supply, design and documentation coordination, council approval support, delivery coordination and project support through to completion.

Where regulated building work was required, including site works, concreting and shed erection, that work was carried out by appropriately licensed contractors.

The shed was kept deliberately under the 2.5m threshold to suit the applicable residential boundary height requirements.

22° Gable Roof Pitch

The 22° roof pitch was selected to suit the property’s heritage overlay and to better match the traditional architectural character of the area.

Even with these design constraints, the final shed remained spacious, practical and visually balanced.
