Competition

1. Promoter
The competition promoter is Dinky Di Sheds, Toowoomba QLD (ABN: 14 119 352 966).

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to customers who purchased a shed from Dinky Di Sheds within the past 12 months.
Employees, contractors, and suppliers of Dinky Di Sheds are not eligible.

3. Competition Dates

• Opening Date: 1^st August 2026.
• Closing Date: 31^st August 2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
• Winner Announcement: 4^th September 2026 via email, Facebook and website.

4. How to Enter
a. Entrants must submit up to 10 photos of their completed shed via email to sales@dinkydisheds.com.au
or on Dinky Di website www.dinkydisheds.com.au/showcase2026.
b. Each submitted photo counts as one entry.
c. Entrants may receive five (5) bonus entries by leaving a 5-star Google review using the provided link in email or on website and notifying Dinky Di Sheds so the entry can be matched.
d. By entering, the entrant confirms that all submitted photos are their own and they have the right to provide them.

5. Prize Details

• 1^st Prize: $1,000 Visa Card
• 2^nd Prizes: $500 Visa Card
• 3^rd Prizes: $200 Visa Card
• Bonus Random Draw Prize: $500 Visa Card

Total prize pool value: over $2,000.

6. Winner Selection

The draw will be conducted by Dinky Di Sheds, whose decision is final, and all decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• 1^st prize will be decided by Brenda
• 2^nd prize chosen by Conway
• 3^rd prize is chosen by Mark
• Bonus random entry prize will be drawn from a computer random number generator program.
• Winners will be notified via email and published on our Facebook page and website (full names withheld).
• This competition is being run by a small family business and is not registered with any government body or official lottery boards.

7. Photo Usage Rights

• By entering, the entrant grants Dinky Di Sheds a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the submitted photos for marketing purposes, including brochures, website, advertising, social media, and other promotions run by Dinky Di Sheds.
• Photos may be edited, cropped, or modified by Dinky Di Sheds as needed for their purposes.

8. Prizes & Notification

• Winners will be notified via email, published on Dinky Di Sheds Facebook page and website (full names withheld).
• Prizes of visa cards will be delivered electronically or by post.
• If a winner does not respond to email confirming prize draw within 14 days, Dinky Di Sheds may redraw the prize.

10. Privacy

• Entrant details will only be used for the administration of this competition and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost emails, or incomplete entries.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinky Di Sheds is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting photos or otherwise entering, the entrant confirms they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
